Please ask the salesperson to actually write down everything they claim is included in the membership. They will switch up just after putting your credit card number in! Escalating the problem does not help. Even the Customer Experience Manager was argumentative and combative, even after acknowledging that the sales person was “overzealous” in trying to get my membership. Proceed with caution...
Comparing this location to Lyons, A+++++!!! Much cleaner and the machines are so much more modern. Lyons is run down, smelly and the machines are always broken. Women’s locker room was very clean! My only complaint was that the front desk staff seemed blah. The girl that checked me in didn’t even say anything! I will be returning to this location.
How is it that you have 8 employees behind the counter & about 40 customers here & not a single towel available for almost 2 hours..... This use to be my favorite gym that's changed so quickly its a reoccurring thing here ....

I am at xsport fitness everyday. It is super amazing and my body is amazing.i get so into my workouts but this is just the first time I checked in there hehe. I have a great trainer Ramy Dandan. I would not change a thing
