I got the best massage done by Kimberly a few months ago and It was the best massage I’ve had in a while I heard she’s gone now and unfortunately I have not gotten a massage as good since she left. Seems like this place lost their best masseuse
Extremely disappointed. If you have the Priority Pass, all you receive is sitting in an armchair for 20 minutes and being ignored the entire time. Not worth taking the time.
Extremely expensive but the massage therapists know what they are doing. I recommend it.
My wife and I were denied entry to the Miami International branch by the staff member at reception. My wife urgently needed to pump breast milk — if she didn’t, she could get sick. We were told we couldn’t enter because “male visitors might feel uncomfortable.” It’s unacceptable to see a woman discriminate against another mother for a basic health need. This is not customer service, it’s discrimination. Avoid this branch.
I recently stopped by this spa in Miami and was amazed with all the services they provide to travelers. I was able to get a madsage in one of there amazing zero gravity chairs. Then I was asked if I have ever had a facial, which I have never had and they sold me on getting one of there facials they used a great machine and different skin care products that made my skin feel and look amazing.
