This low-key Rick Bayless eatery is inspired by Mexican street taco stands. Bayless serves up creative tortas, sandwiches, and a number of caldos (soups), sure to warm anyone up on a cold winter day. When we visit Chicago we always try to make XOCO our lunch stop. The food and service is consistently good. We love XOCO!
