The shed looks great and we were impressed with the quality of the construction. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Leonel again.
Leonel (the owner) was very professional. He lessoned to my concerns. I was mainly very concern about the mess that the construction would do. He insured me that they will cover up everything and will clean up after each day. He told me that there still will be some mess. There were no surprises at all. I will use and recommend XLT Construction to anyone. They did a fantastic job!
Redo of the master bath: Leonel, the owner, came and explained all the options clearly. His price was $4,000 less than any other so I was suspicious. I shouldn't have been.XLT gave me exactly what I wanted. He was always available for a call at anytime before and during the work.Everything he said would be done was done as promised. I would highly recommend XLT construction. They did an excellent job with our countertop and bathroom remoding. XLT was on time, cleaned up after, and very flexible. They provided us with superior quality! I will definitely be referring them.
We hired Leonel to source/fabricate/install granite counter-tops, install natural exterior stone and stone slab shower surrounds. The materials selected and design required someone with experience and capability. Leonel and his team did a fantastic job.
I hired XLT Construction to do drywall repairs, painting and carpet replacement in my home and I am very satisfied with the work they have accomplished. Leonel was honest and upfront about all costs. There were no surprises. The Quartz counters look great as the installers did a fabulous job. Very professional from start to finish. I highly recommend XLT and will have more work done by them in the future.
XLT came right out after I contacted them about installing ceramic tile in two bathrooms and a laundry room after the subcontractor for Lowes flaked out and did not want to do the job as initially bid. XLT was able to do the work for the same price and began right away on a Sunday. They did a great job. Although the grout started to come up on a couple of tiles and they got loose, Lionel dispatched his installer right away to correct the problem and the floor is now solid and looks great. This was a good experience, especially after working with the "big box" stores. Having new kitchen cabinets installed, I was anxious to get the countertops done quickly. One of the "big box" stores could not get a person out to do the template for 2 weeks. XLT Construction had the job completed by that time! They came to the house with a free estimate of work. Every date along the way was met. The installation is superb. The only drawback was being from the West Valley and having to go to Mesa to select the countertop slabs.... read more
