Expert work and workers, on my granite counter tops for my kitchen and bathrooms which also included new sinks and faucets, plus installation of new toilets. Had a little adjustment issue there but they took care of it quickly. They did a beautiful job.
Expert workers! Reconfigured our master bath from a tub /shower to a door-less walk in spa shower with built in bench, decorative grab bars, etc. Also custom cabinets to fit the length of an odd shaped wall to give my husband his own "medicine cabinet" in that odd shaped corner. It took longer for the project to be completed but it suited to the time frame I had planned. The workmanship is excellent.
Make sure your estimate includes everything. Had a little problem there but they took care of it. They did a beautiful job.
We came across XLT Construction through the Home Advisor website. They have excellent reviews, other websites do, as well as the few on Yelp. Based on other reviews, we decided to go with them. While I'm certain they have hundreds of satisfied customers, unfortunately we are not one of them. When they said they would be here, they were here, and on time. They said the job would be done on a certain date, and it was. And, any questions I had were answered. All I had to do was call and my call was almost always answered. Very nice crew.
Very professional, fair price, and excellent work. I had a Backsplash done and they would be my first and only choice to do the tile work in my bathroom, which is next year's project.
I hired XLT Construction to remodel my condo. I had them remove the acoustic from my ceilings and add texture, install granite counter tops, install new ceiling fans, fix 6 holes in the walls, re paint inside, install new tile in bathrooms, and many other things. XLT Construction totally renovated our 1950's half bath & they did a remarkably FABULOUS job, all in 16 days! I highly recommend XLT Construction. Their crew is trustworthy & dedicated, although I do suggest homeowners watch the crew's "finish" work because they are so quick that some things can be done with more quality if the crew would just slow down a bit when doing finish work.
