I had a neck lift/mini face lift by Dr. Magic Mike. The procedure itself looks good however everything else was HORRIBLE!!!!! They called and text me asking for money, then sent me a list of things that I needed before I could receive the surgery. For example, I had to get a chest x-ray, a release from my cardio doctor (which I do not have one), a medical release from my doctor. I did a Blepharoplasty in this place. I have to start by saying that Dr. Liliav did an excellent job. But be careful with the Xiluet place. All the communication via emails, calls, and text messages is so bad and unprofessional. They will also offer a promotion, pressure you with calls and text massages to get you to pay a deposit before the promotion ends. I did my surgery with Xiluet the customer service is terrible, I sent my pictures and after I sent all exams to my surprise my surgery 28th February, Xiluet said my exams will be expired, and my surgery was changed to 22 February. I didn’t have plans when I arrived in Xiluet the person who helped me was very upset and stressed not the coordinator. They have a nice customer service had no problems at all with them. So far had no issues since my appointment. I do suggest everyone before purchasing any surgical items from them search other places they charge double the price for all items. I learn the hard way I was very upset that I could not return the items that I purchase the same day. You can get a binder at the store for $40 where they charge you $80 and chin girdles cost $20, they charge you $40 please do your research before purchasing any items from them.
They almost killed me I woke up and told them I couldn’t breathe they said your fine your almost out of pain meds go home . I was septic my organs were shutting down I was hemoraging I ended up in the icu they don’t care they had no on call nothing
Horrible, horrible, place. They have the most nasty attitudes. When you call you will be on hold forever or they won't answer. They take your money and wont give it back . They make up lies after lies. They give you the run around.

RecommendedIts been 9 weeks since I went to Dr Mike for Lipo360/BBL and my results are amazing! When I met at him at preop, he answered all my questions, concerns and gave me realistic expectations for my body type. The day of surgery I knew I was in good hands! I couldn’t have asked for a doctor with a greater personality and bedside manner. I’ll be going back for more! I highly recommend him!
