Worst service ever, scam...they will change your procedures, doctor and/or will change dates without notice regardless of your booked itineraries. They will deny reimbursement even when they brake their contract. Don't go there!!
No stars are deserved but one had to be selected in order to post review.....Money paid for services not rendered. The most unprofessional and disorganized group I've ever dealt with. Still waiting on refund of money that was paid weeks in advance. Surgery was scheduled for December 22, 2020 with Dr. Ziyad. Due to an ongoing conflict with the doctor the clinic canceled my surgery the day before I was to fly out of Atlanta to Miami. They wanted to re-schedule me with another doctor at a later date. The company is ridiculous Stephanie and Selena are both pathetic. I will now be looking into a class action lawsuit. If anyone is being stiffed out their money due to your surgery being cancelled for no fault of your own...PLEASE reach out to me at portia.mcclure@yahoo.com. i have a few ladies already but i want to make sure to add everyone who is intrested.
Horrible service my breath is capsulated called several times to try to get them to see it three days after my surgery. it was damage doing surgery I stayed there extra days spending extra money to try to talk to the Doctor Who was not available to see me after he did this batch job on me! be aware horrible. The staff was nice until they received my money once I try to get them to rectify the damage done to my breath they became aggressive! be aware And avoid this clinic
I do not recommend this clinic. Very disorganized place. People working without concentration, all like crazy. I'm calling 10 days in a row for manager Selena to return me $600 and no success. You Sussan Arias I need to review all this work that is done there at the clinic because so far it is terrible.
want to be very clear about the chain of events that occurred here because the company's response is untruthful. I was scheduled for surgery on 7/2/20. On 6/15/20, after at least five phone calls and texts requesting pre-surgery lab requirements, I was finally sent the attached lab order form. As you can see, the form indicates that I was required to get a COVID-19 swab test 3-5 days prior to the surgery date. All the other labs were completed within 4 days of my receipt of the lab form, but I didn't have the COVID test d... read more
