We just closed on our home. We worked with Shauna, and she was attentive, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer our questions and get us the best deal. We ended up getting a check back at closing, and had to bring no money to the table. Thank you Shauna.

I rented Carol Goulart’s apartment at 1228 West Ave 1510. She failed to disclose that the building was undergoing a years-long recertification project, only mentioning scaffolding that was “going away in two weeks” — it wasn’t.
