We had our boiler cleaned on 1/18/21 by them. Our boiler is older but working so we asked other companies including xtreme temp for a quote on a new one. When we called another business to look at the boiler they asked when the last time we had it cleaned because it was very dirty and it had only been a week since it was cleaned. We took pictures and asked x-treme why it was not cleaned properly and they were very rude and would not offer an apology or an explanation or a refund.
