My dental hygienist was very gentle! The dentist who checked me afterwords was of the highest quality, and explained what she was doing as she examined a "sticky spot between my teeth.
Did a very nice job explaining my options with pricing. Also suggested an implant dentist.

I went into the office this morning thinking that I would need to have a veneer replaced. Dr. Kinlaw examined the small chip and recommended a filling instead, saving me a LOT of money! I sincerely appreciate the conservative approach to dentistry at Dr. Kinlaw's office.

The entire staff was very friendly and made me feel like a part of their family and that my opinion and needs mattered. Even though the extraction was not very comfortable to go through the dentist and assistant made sure that I was ok throughout the entire process. I was not afraid to go to the dentist as I was in the past years. I requested to be scheduled with one specific hygienist, even delayed my appointment for one month to get her, and when I came in for the appointment, found out that I was assigned to another hygienist. The second hygienist turned out to be very good, so I can't complain too loudly.
Eve though they were running behind, everyone was very apologietic and they got me out quickly. Special kudos to Emily for making the process painless.
