My appointment started about 6 mins after our scheduled time, but then they worked with me to have me finished in the time I needed. The hygienist was friendly, careful, professional, as she always is. Dr. Kinlaw too was friendly, professional, asked about me and seemed ready to take the time needed. The receptionist, is always friendly, caring, sincere, professional. She is an outstanding "first face" for patients. I do not need a television on while I am having my teeth done, and I would rather have the TV off.
My old dentist retired and I was looking for a new one. I had a great visit!
My first impression was well organized; I received multiple reminders (mail, text, phone) of the appointment date and paperwork needed, including reviewing my insurance. Second impression: compact; there is a lot going on in a small place. Next, they communicate well with the patient; introductions, asking preferences & explaining the procedures. Everyone here is very nice. They helped pull my little girl's first loose teeth out and gave her a cute little treasure box to put them in. She was very proud of it all the rest of the day! A great experience!
The service that I receive from Wyoming Family Denistry is always worthy of 5 stars!
Only thing I would suggest is offering a tv show for distraction would be appreciated. Last few times wasn't done. Otherwise very good experience.
Always feel like everything was done as it should be. Explanations given with clarity. And concern for the patient.
Highly professional yet friendly, straightforward, and accommodating service. I have never been disappointed over the years and feel lucky to have found Dr. Kinlaw and to have built a comfortable and trusting relationship with her. The office is well-run; her staff is both friendly and competent, always attentive and responsive. Adding a few more current options for reading in the waiting room might be worth considering, however. ....Though I've never had to wait Rmore than a few minutes.
I really like going to the office. Everyone is courteous, service is quick, and the hygenist and dentist take the time to talk about any issues I am having.
