RecommendedI just love my Escape it is the best car I have ever owned!!!. Wynne Ford provides me great service!!! Love the service department! My only isues is I picked the car, I test drove the car, I made the deal for the car but they put it in my husbands name. They registered it in his name. I didn't notice his on the paperwork when we purchased and since I don't want to go to the DMV I will let it stay that way. They have it under his name in the service department. I bought a fully loaded 2017 Ford Escape Titanium in 2017 from Wynne. It has less than 22,000 miles on it. I’ve had nothing but problems. It’s been in the shop more than 10 times for the same issue - it won’t start. Service department actually suggested that I buy a trickle charger for my car because I don’t drive it enough. I drive it at least once a week during the pandemic. Can you say Lemon??!!! This last time they had my car for 3 weeks. I just got my car back last week and it didn’t start again yesterday. I just want to say THANK YOU to the amazing detailing crew at this establishment. My explorer had a dank smell coming from my spare tire compartment after transporting some food to a cookout. They went above and beyond, not only found and treated the spot, but sent pictures and followed up to see if the treatment worked. I’ll definitely be bringing my baby back here again. You guys did amazing! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Rick is an excellent sales person to deal with. He always helps make things happen - I ended up getting a bunch of accessories also - He is working to get Sirus radio in my truck - that was one thing I really wanted and he is working on it - I had it in my last truck from them.
