I find the following very concerning! About 2000 miles ago my "service oil" light came on. Wynne quicklane changed the oil and did the servicing. I reported an oil leak from the previous servicing and they fixed that too. Fast forward 2000+ miles and I get the light again but I also need a State inspection. I book it online into the quicklane again since that is who has been doing all the servicing and inspections so far. They are very friendly and extremely helpful, especially Rick Edwards. I was very nervous about getting a car and he made it very simply and easy for me. I am extremely happy with my decision and couldn’t ask for a more friendly sales rep.

The service department sucks! I had 10 o’clock appointment for oil,tire rotation, and state inspection. Decided to leave my van and come back at 3:30, I show up at 3:20 and van still isn’t done. So now I sit and wait. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues one time I sat for 4 hours for oil change.

Great job went for oil change and rotation of tires. Service team completed those and two recalls within an hour. See you in six months

Wynne Ford does not seem to care about the customer. A car is in the shop with the exact same problem from 2 years ago and they wanted to charge another $1500 to repair. I contacted Corporate and they stepped in and found the problem was a different part connected to the repaired parts. I will never buy from Wynne Ford again and suggest others to read this thoroughly cause they care about money only. It’s sad...
