I am writing to share a 5-star review for not only Wyndsor Terrace apartments, but also Kim, Maddy (managers) & Mike (maintenance) . Our daughter has very happily lived here for the past four years while attending ISU , and we couldn't be more pleased with her experience. The apartment staff has consistently provided a safe, clean and quiet environment, which has been incredibly important to us. I just moved into 4300 Westbrook Dr Apt 20 in Ames. Let me tell you this place is awesome. For people who work and want to come home and unwind to piece and quiet, this is the place. Very conveniently located to just about everything. The apartments interior, windows, screens, patio doors, tub/shower, cabinetry are all top notch...no cheap things here. I lived at Wyndsor Terrace for a little over 2 years and I loved it. I never had any issues and if I ever needed maintenance they were there the same day. The office staff is the best I’ve ever worked with and if I ever moved back to the Ames area I would contact them in a heart beat. The area the apartments are in is also very pretty and conveniently located, it was the best place for me and my kitties. ❤️

I absolutely LOVED living here! Kim and Maddie are personable, warm, and caring! They’re both very good at communicating for apartments tours, pest control visits, literally everything. Maintenance team was quick, polite, and even replaced my carbon monoxide detector while fixing a different problem I had reported because they noticed the detector had gone bad.
