RecommendedI can't say enough great things about Kim and the entire team at Wyndsor. The genuine kindness and commitment to making sure all tenants feel welcome, safe, and cared for was outstanding. Such a beautiful location with trees, such good neighbors, and cool suprise goodie baskets periodically! I sure am going to miss this place!

I highly recommend Wyndsor Terrace to anyone wanting to live close ISU and other business such as a grocery store and gas station. Besides location, Wyndsor Terrace is also a comfortable place to call home.

I’ve been living in Wyndsor Terrace for 8 months now and I’m absolutely loving it. The location could not be better for me- the proximity to bus stops, Hyvee and various eateries is simply awesome (helped me out a lot during snowy winters!). And the new condo design is simply amazing- I love the generous and open floor plan of these apartments with a prime view too! I feel like I’m getting top value for my money. I've been living here for several years now and can't find any reason to leave! Best prices for the best amenities and space in Ames. Not too far from campus and it feels safe and secure. The fact that by staying here I get a nice quiet apartment that's next to a hy-vee as well as a cy-ride right alongside the road is very convenient, especially for any college students. It's a great place to live with a kind and caring staff over seeing it. The new updated units are awesome and the complex is close to everything. Im so glad my wife and I chose to live here!
