By far worse hotel ive been to they was rude messed up our reservation they won't get my money again the pool was close on Sunday and they didn't even tell anyone who set the reservation for the whole weekend we was like what was the point of getting the room ive been to motel better than this place then they only had a few cable channels
I took my Grandkids we had a blast very nice place we had a beautiful room clean house keeping made sure we had everything we needed plus more extra bedding ect.. Check in very friendly Ladys plus helpful. The River cafe Great sevice And Great food !! Just a great place toget away... Plus make great memories A Must Do!!�� We Will Be Back!!��
Rebecca was wonderful in helping us plan our baby shower! She is very responsive and friendly to work with. Our shower went off without a hitch. The party staff on the day of was attentive and friendly. We decided on a buffet lunch which was spectacular! Every item was delicious. Most of our guests commented on how good to food was. The staff cut, served, and boxed the leftover cake. I would definitely recommend Wyndham for any event and will have another party there without any hesitation!!! Wonderful event!
Worst service ever. Check in time 3 didn't get room till 5. Didn't get our roll out bed & takes for ever to get them to answer the phone.. Done
It was by far the worst. I understand construction but a broom does wonders. Food was horrible and took forever .
Our room was ok. Really clean, but we came for the Waterpark and are super disappointed. There are 2 hot tubs. One for adults and one for everyone. The one for adults has chunks floating in it...wish I could post the picture I took...and the jets don't even turn on. The other hot tub is lukewarm. My kids take hotter baths! My advice is save yourself some money and disappointment and just pay the $10 a person at the Warren pool on 13 and Mound.
