To be fully honest the hotel isn't even a 3 star. I'm giving them the stars based on the interactions with staff at the hotel vs. Anything else. 1. We checked in on a Sunday with the impression it would be slow. It took almost 45 minutes too check in as they were short staffed at desk. 2. The halls were filled with trash, piles and piles of large trash bags. This by far is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at! I was excited to go overnight with my friend, her daughter and my girls, especially since there was a waterpark. We were staying there because my friends daughter was a model in the Couture for a Cure fashion show and I was a vendor for the show. We got there, check in was smooth. I hosted my daughter's baby shower on March 12th 2017. The staff were fantastic & very helpful from the time we started to decorate, til the time the event was over. Our guests also complimented the food. Thank U Rebecca Sowell & Wyndham staff for your great service!
My shower was dirty, I asked for an extra blanket and never received it even though I had went to the desk. My kids loved the water park. I've seen better rooms for the price I paid
