Was just in a wedding over the weekend there, and would not recommend the hotel at all. We were going to stay with our friends the bride & groom in the complimentary honeymoon suite but we ended up checking out as there was bedbugs in the room. Also several other rooms that were shown to us had bedbugs and a friends room they were staying in had bedbugs too. This has been the worst experience ever, I was bitten by bedbugs!! Enough said. Waiting for day shift manager to arrive.
Reasonably priced. I enjoyed my stay there. I was there for a conference. The food was very good and the employees were friendly and helpful.
I DJed an event here and all of the guests were very pleased, not only with my music and emceeing, but with the food and service they received!
Horrible experience, bugs crawling on me while waiting for a drink in the pool area, little flying bugs in the bargroom in my room, unruly kids running the halls screaming and banging on doors all hours of the nite, rude staff... I could go on and on but point is... This place is def not worth a dollar and i will never recommend or stay here again.
Yesterday I attended a MS luncheon. I attend many events to learn more about my disease. Unfortunately, this was one of the worse. We had to walk across the room to get our food and many of us use a cane or walker. We had chicken that was pink, the lasagna was greasy and separated, the pasta had spicy sausage, the rolls were so hard you couldn't eat them. We didn't even have silverware on the table. So we had to make several trips across the room. My lunch was so bad I pulled over on the way home because I threw it up.
They didn't have enough servers/ food at our event last night for the VFW Testimonial. The platters were empty as we came through the food line. At one point, in our line..the following platters were empty...veggie tray, pasta dish, dinner rolls,..and green beans!!! And when I finally got up to the meat...there was only 2 pieces of turkey !!! Then if that wasn't bad enough...the beef carver gave me 2 of the smallest pieces of beef!!!! Talk about running out of food.....I won't ever go to another function here. And...the wait... read more
The room was cleaned just ok. The Water park was big but most of the stuff didn't work. The hot tubs were barely lukewarm and the jets didn't work. The life guard staff was very welcome. As a nearly 30 year firefighter/ paramedic I was pleased to witness your newest and youngest female lifeguard Maya rescue a young girl from the whirlpool. It was a great pick that could have been very bad had she not acted so quickly. Staff was very friendly but facilities were just so so.
