Room was nice. Decided to watch the movie trolls with my 3 kids had a complaint about music when the TV volume was on 10 Cuz we were going to sleep. Woke up to pounding on the door like they were the police�.& Literally had to shove or kick the door open. All of them stick & are so loud! Not relaxing at all...
Hotel has really gone down hill, along with staff cussing at the kids for curfew time(11pm) that were walking with an adult who they didn't see till they said something. Then to not stop the pot smoking and the pot that was all over in the pool area Friday. Smh. I can't believe I paid as much as a room coasts
The rooms were beautiful. The pizza and the buffet breakfast were very good and service was good. I thought the pool was nice and the lifeguard did a great job. The kids had a lot of fun. I would only say the water could be warmer or the outside air could be warmer. And it would of been nice if the hoses in between the lazy river and the adult hot tub were working. The kids would of enjoyed playing in those.
They didn't have coffee made in morning breakfast started at 8:00 poor service.
