It is obvious patient satisfaction is a top priority with the entire staff at Dr. Coleman’s office. Every patient is dignified; concerns are listened to and addressed. Examinations are thorough with state of the art equipment. A professional tone is balanced with a caring attitude.
Dr Coleman and his staff are very professional. From my first appointment and throughout the process I felt at ease. My questions were answered, phone calls were returned and I never felt I was being rushed through. The best part is that I can see without glasses. The procedures were a smooth painless process. My only regret is not having done this sooner. A big thank you to Dr Colemen and the entire staff.
After wearing glasses and contact lenses for 22 years of my life, having a lot of prescription and wanting to have LASIK procedure done for most of my adult life, I’m just happy I went to the Willis Knighton Eye institute. The process from first visit through the Cataract surgery and recovery was very well managed. At no time did I feel anything painful and all those attending my surgeries were friendly and professional. I am quite pleased with both the process and results.

There is not much more I can say then superior! From the first phone call until I walked out of the door every time has been a pleasant experience. I had an eye procedure done yesterday and I was so fearful and the entire staff help me to feel comfortable. Such an excellent doctor and the professionalism of the staff but yet the so personal…. My experience with Dr. Coleman was much more than I had ever imagined it would be. His office staff was very efficient and organized every time I was there. When I went for my cataract surgery (December 2021) we were immediately greeted when we stepped out of the elevator. All the staff there knew exactly what they were doing and even seemed to help each other. I was in and out very quickly on both visits.
