Absolutely five stars for every aspect of my visit. From receptionist to the doctor everyone was both professional and compassionate in every respect. Dr. Coleman’s practice represents Willis Knighton well.
Dr Coleman is very professional. He is a very good eye doctor and will answer all your questions. Makes you feel like your his most important patient.
Dr Coleman and staff are very professional and caring. They communicate well in explaining results and are understanding when asking questions about treatment options. There maybe a wait time but that’s because they spend time with patients as needed instead of pushing you through as just a number! My wait time for several appointments was around 15-25 minutes which is amazing for a doctors visit!!
Regarding my experience, of course, I was very nervous prior to my Cataract Removal Surgery. The staff and nurses at the WK Eye Institute are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Coleman’s knowledge in the field of Ophthalmology made me feel relaxed and that I was in the best of hands as he explained the results of my examination thoroughly and professionally. The office staff was very friendly, responsive to request and knowledgeable. They did a thorough examination and explained results. Dr. Coleman is great professional with excellent knowledge in his field, made me comfortable, explained all issues. He has an excellent ethics and will not suggest any surgery if not needed.
My visit was very well organized. The team that worked with me was very caring and patient friendly. The nurses were knowledgeable, efficient and nurturing throughout the surgery. Dr. Coleman’s surgical skills and confidence made me feel safe during surgery. I am thankful that I was referred to his office.
