Wellington & his crew were used at our home to remodel our kitchen through an interior decorator we hired. We are disappointed in Wellington's handling of the stripping the wood to place the countertop. When the wood was stripped, they wanted to just cover it up with a panel. Placing the panel over it was approved, but I ask for the wood to be resanded and repainted. Wellington just repainted and that was painted incorrectly, & he then placed the panel on top of it. WS Floors did a stellar job on our stairwell. My wife I decided to change out the carpet on our stairs. Wellington and his team came in and quickly transformed the stairwell to a thing of beauty! Very professional, with attention to detail. Moreover, they showed a great deal of respect for our home. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone with flooring needs.
