The only problem I have is paying for valet trash and not being able to use it because I have never been provided an approved trash receptacle and the occasional second hand smoke that find it's way into my home from one of the adjacent units.

Wren at Northlakes... (Verified Renter) Wren at Northlakes is a stellar community. The new appliances make the apartments very comfortable. The staff is excellent and the maintenance request are handled very quickly and in an efficient manner.

Overall, Wren Northlake... (Verified Renter) Overall, Wren Northlake is a great complex in a great location. I would strongly suggest for future residents to receive FULL clarity on where their apartment will be located, and the amenities it will have, as I was told I would have one thing and recieves the total opposite upon move in day. Aside from that, overall great place to stay.

The units themselves are nice, but it seems like the community standards were not maintained, and the original owners were simply trying to "stuff the rent rolls" as fast as they could. Most certainly NOT the luxury community experience I was led to believe it would be. I feel like I substantially overpaid for what has been delivered and I regret my decision to move into this community.
