When I moved... (Verified Renter) When I moved into Woodfield Northlake I enjoyed it very much. The management assisted me with everything I needed, followed up with service and other requests. The quality of living has significantly gone down over the last 5 months and I am looking forward to the end of my lease. The overall management has a sarcastic tone that makes you feel at guilt for feeling unsafe or not valued when youre shelling out a lot of money. I never thought... (Verified Renter) I never thought I would enjoy apartment living. Now that I've met the staff and moved into my beautiful apartment, there is no other place I would rather be. The amenities are great, the staff is awesome, and so far all of my neighbors have been very friendly. I couldn't have chosen a better place to live.

Awesome Customer Service Dante was very helpful! Although we didn't sign here he provided us with options that would be more fitting for our needs. Greatly appreciated his customer service, willingness to assist, and friendliness. Very beautiful & welcoming environment. Definitely keeping him and Woodfield in mind for the future. Thanks Dante!
Best Luxury Apartments in Northlake! I have never been dis-satisfied living at Woodfield Northlake. I moved here from Roanoke and knew nothing about the area. I could not have made a better decision! The area is lovely and the management staff is excellent! They are always going above and beyond. We have so many different resident events every month and each of them are a lot of fun and a great way to meet your neighbors. Choose Woodfield Northlake you will not be sorry!

Meh. Overpriced for the area. The apartments are pretty, but the appliances are form over function, despite being brand new we have had several issues with them breaking and just generally being of poor quality. The apartments have a lot of built ins and storage, which is nice if your stuff happens to fit in them! The service has been fast enough when we needed repairs. Moving into a brand new building has also been a nightmare from a postal perspective, as someone who orders online frequently half the time I get calls from ... read more

Best service yet! I really loved this property! Great amenities and the staff was really nice and helpful. I just moved to charlotte not too long ago and Whitney helped me get acclimated!
