One of the reason who chose this community over several others, was the staff and attention to detail along with the quiet atmosphere. Rodent Infestation I moved in 1 1/2 months ago and have had 2 mice infestation issue since. I reached out to management and they advised that because I'm on the bottom level, rodent infestation is bound to happen and it's normal. Wren at NorthLakes... (Verified Renter) Wren at NorthLakes is the jewel in the crown of the Queen City. The amenities and state of the art new appliances are top notch! However the real game changer is the Staff! They are very friendly, kind and responsive. If there are problems they work to find speedy solutions and make tenants feel homestyle special!
Downward Spiral These apartments started off great. We were excited to move in but shortly after doing so, we realized Greystar was no longer the management company and that Cortland Partners had taken over... things changed, all new staff, which they're nice, but after meeting and learning everyone from before this was a huge change. Everyone at the... (Verified Renter) Everyone at the leasing office is helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. We have really enjoyed living here so far! Can't wait for it to warm up so we can take advantage of the pool! Terrible This place only wants to make money at your expense! Email everything and explain in your email everything! Don’t assume you both understand or it makes common sense-don’t expectvto get your deposit back! Expect the gates to slam all hours, expect notes to everyone about what a few do wrong , expect neighbors to smoke pot, expect your cars to be unsafe.
