Wren is the complete opposite, this property company takes pride in their staff and overall community because they beyond exceed expectations! Thank you Cortland!
Verified Renter The maintenance is really good, usually done within the same day if I submit a maintenance request in the morning. Overall great experience. Package delivery is questionable especially with Amazon.

Verified Renter We moved to Wren directly from a 4200 qf home in Illinois. Although this was intended to be temporary housing, I never expected for it to be so comfortable -- the unit and the community.
Verified Renter Ive been living here for a few months now and love it. Its mostly quiet. The only complaint I would have is sometimes my neighbors above me have their kids running around. Its a bit annoying but I love it here overall. The floor plan is perfect for my sister and I. We both have our own privacy on different sides of the house. Cant wait to see what else Wren has in store for the residents once COVID is contained.
