At first it started out great, very helpful and friendly. As soon as I paid them I heard nothing from them, I heard from my insurance company but not wreck check. I waited 5 weeks and reached out to the person assigned to me and she responded with a you will have results tonight. Waited 3 more days and reached back out to them and was then told that they messed up and would have to start completely over with the diminished value claim and loss of use claim.
