Kudos to the Wreck Check team. From the beginning to the end of the process they were right there with me guiding me and answering my questions. They were so patient and knowledgeable. They are indeed professionals at what they do. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them. Trust the appraisal they give you. They know what they are doing. I was advised to use an Umpire in the end and ended up with an even larger claim check then the insurance company tried to offer me.Thank you Wreck Check.

If your car gets damaged don't forget to file a diminished value claim. RJ at Wreck Check Atlanta helped dispute the results of my insurance companies evaluation. Went from $0 to a number we were not expecting. Great job. Very professional service.

After the front left side of my car was sideswiped in a hit & run back in late March, USAA denied my diminished value claim because I have over 100K miles on my ****** Altima. I found ** on TikTok via my friend *** and messaged him about this. He said we could invoke the appraisal clause and get likely up to $2500 back for my car. My insurance company gave me a low ball settlement for the diminished value of my car. I hired Wreck Check Atlanta and they were able to recover over six times that amount for me from the insurance company. Without their help I would have been out over $3400 in diminished value. Highly recommend Wreck Check Atlanta! After over a month of fighting with my insurance company (AAA) over my total loss, RJ and the teams aid was invaluable to both obtaining a fair amount for my vehicle and relieving the stress of directly dealing with insurance.
