Started off good before I paid for hte service everyone was polite and quick to respond. Once I paid things slowed way down and the response time from Wreck Check got slower as the time dragged on. When I reached out, it would take several attempts to get a response. Lots of throwing blame back on the insurance company, but no acceptance of their own failure to follow up with me. I contacted Wreckcheck because I felt my settlement on my car was too low. Originally, I was offered $4,200. I contracted with Wreckcheck and two weeks later the insurance company came back with $9,700 plus taxes and fees. That is over DOUBLE what I was originally offered. I can't thank Wreckcheck enough. ** and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were super helpful and quick to respond throughout the whole process. Guess what? My insurance provider, ****, offered me a low ball amount of $1,000 for the damage to my 2024 **************** caused by a deer. Kudos to the Wreck Check team. From the beginning to the end of the process they were right there with me guiding me and answering my questions. They were so patient and knowledgeable. They are indeed professionals at what they do. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them. Trust the appraisal they give you. They know what they are doing. If your car gets damaged don't forget to file a diminished value claim. RJ at Wreck Check Atlanta helped dispute the results of my insurance companies evaluation. Went from $0 to a number we were not expecting. Great job. Very professional service.
