Started off good before I paid for hte service everyone was polite and quick to respond. Once I paid things slowed way down and the response time from Wreck Check got slower as the time dragged on. When I reached out, it would take several attempts to get a response. Lots of throwing blame back on the insurance company, but no acceptance of their own failure to follow up with me.
