***** is a poor representation of this company. He is like a guard dog for Mr. *** They will send you 100 marketing emails in hopes you will work with them. They have no good follow up, they won't refund me and ***** wouldn't even allow me to speak with Mr. *** what a coward. company to use for your dimished value case. I highly recommend their services. Guys *** fought for my case, from $916 that the insurance previously offered me to $6,120 with just their appraisal, their e-mails I just copied and paste and fanaly good price for the service, respond on time. Started off good before I paid for hte service everyone was polite and quick to respond. Once I paid things slowed way down and the response time from Wreck Check got slower as the time dragged on. When I reached out, it would take several attempts to get a response. Lots of throwing blame back on the insurance company, but no acceptance of their own failure to follow up with me. I contacted Wreckcheck because I felt my settlement on my car was too low. Originally, I was offered $4,200. I contracted with Wreckcheck and two weeks later the insurance company came back with $9,700 plus taxes and fees. That is over DOUBLE what I was originally offered. I can't thank Wreckcheck enough. My insurance provider, ****, offered me a low ball amount of $1,000 for the damage to my 2024 **************** caused by a deer.
