My wife and grand baby were ******* at a stoplight near Rabbittown. The other party ran the stoplight and destroyed our ******* Our Highlander had 210K trouble free miles, considered high mileage, but worked perfectly and was in pristine condition. Through no fault of her own, my mother was rear-ended by a US mail truck at a red light, totaling her car. The collision center recommended we contact *********************** and run any settlement offer from the insurance company by him before accepting. At first it started out great, very helpful and friendly. As soon as I paid them I heard nothing from them, I heard from my insurance company but not wreck check. I waited 5 weeks and reached out to the person assigned to me and she responded with a you will have results tonight. Waited 3 more days and reached back out to them and was then told that they messed up and would have to start completely over with the diminished value claim and loss of use claim.
