RJ helped me overcome the insurance company's low diminished value appraisal on my vehicle. The insurance company fought every step of the way but he was prepared with the insurance laws and other information to back up his appraisal. Great company. Rj is the best . It took only a day to obtain his complete package of the value for my 2015 q40. I was dealing with a 3rd party total loss claim.and didn't feel there offered a fair settlement price.after submitting his findings to the 3rd party insurance company . Needed RJ's service for diminished value. It was a 2010 Ford Escape with about 103,000 miles. I couldn't get the insurance company to budge on their bogus offer. I declined their offer called RJ. After a brief conversation and his honest opinion. He sent me an e-mail. I sent him. very small fee. Everything was done through emails and a few phone calls. He kept me well informed of the negotiations through email. Within about three to five days. He was able to get me $1,200 more than insurance company would offer. Best service... read more

Good work from R.J.Professional and always available to answer any questions.He was able to get me way more money, what the insurance company offered me on a 3 year old Lexus IS200 T Fsport. Would not hesitate to use ,or recommend his service again.
