If you need an expert to appraise your total loss and write a demand letter - look no further. RJ was extremely responsive and professional by both email and his cell. My accident was January 16th 2020. My insurance company Allstate determined my 2018 Maserati to be a total loss in February. MSRP new was $82,500. Absolutely fantastic service. RJ helped me every step of the way with my diminished value claim, and when the other driver's insurance as well as my insurance wouldn't cooperate, he provided detailed instructions on how to proceed. He negotiated with the adjuster that my insurance company hired, and got me the best possible settlement. RJ helped me overcome the insurance company's low diminished value appraisal on my vehicle.
