Absolutely fantastic service. RJ helped me every step of the way with my diminished value claim, and when the other driver's insurance as well as my insurance wouldn't cooperate, he provided detailed instructions on how to proceed. He negotiated with the adjuster that my insurance company hired, and got me the best possible settlement. RJ helped me overcome the insurance company's low diminished value appraisal on my vehicle. The insurance company fought every step of the way but he was prepared with the insurance laws and other information to back up his appraisal. Great company. Rj is the best . It took only a day to obtain his complete package of the value for my 2015 q40. I was dealing with a 3rd party total loss claim.and didn't feel there offered a fair settlement price.after submitting his findings to the 3rd party insurance company .
