RJ's service is well worth the $275. Straight to the point. No hassle. Very responsive to emails. Totally professional and had my diminished value settlement resolved seamlessly. Best investment I've made. The insurance offered $1200, but RJ was able to get me $6340.

RJ is AWESOME ! He always responds to emails/texts right away . The insurance company only wanted to give me $250 for my new 2018 Jeep Compass for diminished value. I thought this was Crazy, I did some research on diminished value appraisers in the Atlanta area and I saw nothing but good reviews for RJ at Wreck Check. RJ with Wreck Check Atlanta was nothing short of phenomenal. He kept me informed throughout the entire process on what was happening, what the next steps were, and what his recommendations were. My insurance company low balled me with an offer for approximately 17K on the total loss of my automobile. After several weeks of negotiating and standing our ground, RJ was able to get me a final offer of approximately $25K! RJ ******* is the Freekin' MAN! I totally lost faith in this process halfway through as the behemoth ********** was stonewalling me after an insulting $75 settlement. (Drop them if they are your insurance company BTW) They were condescending and complete F@#$@! While I wanted to sue them for a billion dollars, the wind was out of my sails and I considered giving up. Exemplary service has made me a customer of "Wreck Check Atlanta" for life! RJ ******* (RJ) stuck with me through three (3) long grueling months as my insurance company tried every unprofessional, unethical, and prejudicial tactic to not pay diminished value (DV) on my 2010 Honda pilot. From the start they wanted to pay zero dollars for my vehicle, and advised that I get my own appraiser to evaluate my vehicle because they do not pay DV for vehicles with over 200,000 miles.
