The wait times here are straight out of the Soviet Union. Our truck has been sitting there for three days already, and when I call, they can’t even tell me when they might be able to start working on it. If you value your time, try to avoid this place. P.S. Once they took on the job, they got it done quickly and well, but they were only able to start it after six days.

We had overall one of the worst experiences with this shop. Our Mack Anthem got into the shut down due to high coolant pressure and it would not start. Local deputy advices towing into this shop and kind of put time pressure on our roadside department to act fast and send the truck their way. Shop diagnosed withing hours problem with EGR cooler, advised baking of DPF and estimated that work on almost 20.000$!?
