Met him when I had a flat outside of QT, not only did he help me fix my flat and had me up and running in no time but asked me to go see him at Toyota the next day to see what they could do to help me and the flat. Next day got my tire fixed ! And was able to continue celebrating my new car! Thank you Ryan for all your help ! Will for sure be looking for you and Toyota for any future needs :)

I left Toyota from having my car serviced for a tire rotation and alignment. When I left and went to pump gas shortly after having my car serviced, one of my tires was partially torn and the rim was scratched. I did not go in with that tire like that and if I had, why wasn’t I informed that one of my tires was in that condition if I had a tire rotation where they would have noticed it. I usually have a good experience but this is unacceptable and a major safety concern.
