RecommendedI have been taking my Toyotas to Andrew Yi at World Toyota for service since 2014. Andrew represents his customers very well. The group of technicians that work on Andrew's team do really well with diagnosing any issues (when they arise, after all, these are Toyotas) and taking care of the vehicles for routine and big ticket maintenance. I hope they take good care of Andrew. If you need your Toyota serviced and need someone to trust, go see Mr. Yi at World Toyota. You won't be disappointed.
Don’t even waste your time here! I went on a Thursday morning to look at a new Rav4. Once we went inside to talk numbers, the manager ended up coming out. I walked out after he started belittling and degrading me. I’m sorry but if they want anyone to do business with them, that surely isn’t the way to do it!! A little later that same day I went to Jim Ellis in McDonough. They ended up being nice and giving me the deal I wanted.
