If you own a new card, their customer service is outstanding and your maintenance arrival and leave time is 40 minutes but the minute your car is a few years old, 3-5 hours from your appointment time it takes them to care for you and your car. So mad every time I go. I arrive 40 minutes early and my car just sat there with not a single person attending to it. If I arrived 40 minutes early when my car was new, I am in and out in no time.
