I have a passenger airbag recall that can cause death & bodily harm and I have set up an appointment twice with World Toyota to get air replaced with appointment through recall department and both times the airbag was not available after I dropped off my vehicle even though I had set up a specific appointment both times. I was told the the replacement was available and appointment was set up. Terrible service and reliability

I think they sold me a lemon! I bought a cash car from here to get myself out of debt. They wouldn’t let me take it to a mechanic for ore-inspection. After buying the car and dealing with health and disability issues I finally had time to get the car checked out...repairs might cost as much as I paid for the car! I emailed the used car manager Cody to see if they’d be willing to help with the repairs to bring the car up to a decent standard...but he didn’t respond. This really is terrible customer service!
