Metro Toyota will promise you that they need you because their service department is a mess then stab you in the back as soon as soon as they can. This place is very shady. My husband got his truck towed here in the evening bc his exhaust started dragging on the ground and he didn't want to touch it. He thought Lia Toyota would be the place to go but when they towed it there the employee tore the exhaust off and threw it in the back of the truck.
