We have been waiting over a month for a response from the Service Manager and Assistant Manager. Our 2014 Highlander has door lock issues. This is a known problem with Highlanders, you can google it. We have waited, patiently for over a month to hear back from the Service Department and the Manufacturer about resolving the issue.
