RecommendedI love Toyota, and normally have the best experiences there. But today our Service Advisor was terrible. He checked in our car for a scheduled oil change, and told us it would just take an hour. We then waited an hr and a half before we found another advisor at the desk, he informed us that the car was just put in and that our advisor had gone on break so they were just notified to start. Needless to say we waited 2 and a half hours for an hr long service. We love Toyota but my temptation to return is low.
