Not to impressed recently how they kicked pro fit out with no warning to the trainers customers.... Very unprofessional and no consideration to the members what so ever.... Not sure if I'm going to stay with wow for much longer after this.
I've been a member of the gym for about 10 yrs. Everyday I go it's always messy. Most of the staff just sit around and talk instead of cleaning or re racking the weights. The weights are either impossible to find or they are all over the place.
Only been there 2 weeks and had to cancel cause the woman I signed up with told me I had free daycare. I used the daycare for 2 weeks, and today was told all of a sudden I do not get the daycare.
