-Members continuously leave weights out and are not held accountable for mess -understaffed during peak hours

didnt realize how high my bill was when i called it was a total price from what i got in mail tryed telling the girl she was rude told her to then just take me off she said i can do it myself ...then they charge 10 on top every 2 weeks if your late feel like i paying all the money from tgem shuting down during covid.... not happy was with them for years

Scummy. Charged me full annual fee even though the gym was closed for 3 months. Should be pro-rated and currently refuses to do the right thing.
