The customer service is terrible and the machines are old and not maintained whatsoever. Bathrooms are disgusting and never cleaned. Don’t waste your time or money because they also make it next to impossible to cancel once you realize how ghetto and nasty the place is. It’s honestly no wonder they’re never busy even during busy times and that they have a difficult time keeping their clubs open. Huge mistake going here!!! Lesson learned.
