Terrible customer service, they make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership. What a nightmare.
I cancelled and you still taking payments
I was in there after the state allowed gyms to re-open. Three quarters of the people had their masks tucked under their chin, like a chin strap. No one was wiping down the weights or machines, which has always been a problem. The only good thing about this gym was the fact that they were open 24 hours, but now, due to the Coronavirus, they close early every night.
Horrible customer service at this location.
