Old gym, Old employees not a motivational atmosphere at all. Felt like I was in a gym in the Florida keys Retirement community

To run out of paper towels for the entire gym goes way beyond unacceptable. It’s filthy & disgusting!!
RecommendedThat new endurance type class they have is 100% worth it but don’t let them catch you slacking at all best class they have in this gym and my family’s been a member here since like 05/06

Recommendedthe classes are awesome especially the Barre and Hitt ,teacher is very helpful and does and awesome job with everyone ,takes her time for everyone needs...Hats off to Heather .. I would recommend this Gym to everyone..
Recommendedstaff is AMAZING! very clean, fun, friendly, place to work out. they even adjusted some machines for me since I'm considered a dwarf medically. I've told all my friends this is the gym to go to..... no judgement, they help with anything you need to make your workout the best for you.
