Not feeling the love here anymore. Please stop sending me ads and emails saying you miss us and that you've got all these same day and next day appointments available! Waited 3 days on a call back. Called again. Was told first appointment Wednesday at 5:00 pm. Absolutely no daytime appointments available. Supposedly only one groomer now, so can't bring our two Westies in together. Yes, even if we wait til 5:00 Wednesday, there's only room for one, no other appointment available. Really?!?!

Mrs. Sheffield, I do apologize you've had a bad experience. On a normal day ,We do have appointments available and more than one groomer working.However on Wednesday we only have one working due to one groomer being very ill. We apologize for the inconvenience. On most days we have more than 2 groomers available if not all 4. We apologize that tomorrow is fully booked up with multiple groomers. And only one appointment left on Tuesday and Wednesday, where we are unable to schedule both together. Normally we do have next day ... read more
Today I went in for my puppy Bruno's first groom. We had an appointment with Katie and she took a couple minutes to explain to me what it was that she was going to be doing and how other puppies reacted to their first groom. She told me she was going to start with a trim and if Bruno did well she was going to be able to do a full groom. Thankfully Bruno was very comfortable around Katie and he allowed her to do the full groom. I will definately be bringing Bruno back for his next groom!
Snoopy loves the people. He comes out of a bath smelling great with his nails nice and trimmed. He absolutely loves going there. He loves the cookies too.
