I have been taking my fur babies here for a couple years now and never had a bad experience till our last visit. NEVER be late to pick them up bc they charge a late fee!! I had NEVER been told in 2 yrs about this and was late bc of an appointment for my human baby. Even after my explanation I was still charged the fee! Apparently it’s in the grooming agreement, that I signed YEARS AGO. Like I’m going to remember! You need to remind customers or give a warning before service not after. We do apologize that the food was not priced prior to being placed on the shelf. Our inventory did just arrive and we wanted to get it off the floor to ensure no one tripped and fell. All the people that work at this location act like us the customers are the most important person tontjem at that moment. If you have questions they always seem to have the answers. We take both our large German Shepards and our small dog to get pampered and we purchase 2 large bags of Origen every month. They know every month when I'm going to buy so they ALAWAYS HAVE my dog food in stock.
