Mr. Wood installed three electrical circuits with no problem. We did seem to have a communicaton issue; I got old-work boxes and a GFI that were not appropriate at the request of him. Earlier on in my project he came by as slightly rude at times. Mr. Wood was easy to contact and, during the later stages of my project, went above and beyond by providing advice. He didn't charge me for a visit that resulted in no work being done. Overall the communication issue and rudeness seemed to disapear by the end of the relationship.
As agreed, did the job very well. I would hire him again.
Gary was very honest and straightforward with me, and I trusted his judgment. I actually had less work done than I anticipated because of his honest appraisal of the job. I would hire him again.
The service was very prompt and Mr. Woods was professional and nice!
Gary conducted himself in a very courteous manner. The problems were that he installed the new faucet's hot and cold water in reverse positions, and then he also set the on - off control position in the reverse of the usual. Gary pointed out and corrected the first problem, but he did not volunteer to correct the latter until called by my wife. Gary was right on time and under budget - he offered suggestions as to what made sense and what was worth the money vs. what didn't/wasn't, and was very professional about executing what we agreed to do. I would hire him again.
