He was very professional and willing to answer questions about other projects. He was also very timely, yet considerate of my time.
He was good and reasonable.
Gary was very professional and did a great job. I really appreciated his honesty regarding what I should do regarding future repair and update projects, which I will definitely hire him to do.
Very professional, scheduled me in to do the work super fast. Job was well done, fair pricing & done in a very timely manner. Great Customer Service! Thank you Gary.
I had my bathroom remodeled by Wood's. The bid price was average. The work got done. I had to pay for things for which other contractors that I've talked to do not charge. After signing the contract for instance, I was told it was going to be another $500 to move the plumbing to meet a standard vanity - I passed on that and had them decommission a drawer in the vanity instead, for which I was also charged. Also, holes were cut too large for the medicine cabinets. One was fixed, but the other was just covered up, and the cove... read more
Business response:
This customer was advised of everything up front as we went. The vanity she purchased would not fit the plumbing in the wall with out moving the plumbing in the wall or taking out the drawer and of course this has a value. She picked the drawer...it was $20 to secure the drawer front to the vanity front. The medicine cabinet hole was left at her request. I offered to repair the 1/4 inch gap but she declined why she complains now I do not know. I always guaranteed my work and have never left a job till the owner is 100% happy... read more
the job was done and installed properly, however i felt that there were several things i should have been told DURIING while the work was happening. it was after the job was done, did i find out additional information that may cost more money down the line. i needed more communication as to what was going on.
Business response:
Renter gave me an hour to complete the work. In an attempt to save the owner some money. I advised the renter that the copper waterline had to be reused and if it did not leak in the first week it would be fine for the life of the dishwasher. If it did leak...it would be $75 to run a new line and shutoff valve. Not sure what her problem was for to date it has not leaked. Gary
Quick response, good price. I am very happy with the this company.
He was Informative he worked fast cleaned up after he was finished . Thank you
